The datacenter which those servers are located in is the most known DC in Poland.
To order something on this service (for those who are not able to read in Polish), you have to:

  you have to go on "Serwery VPS" tab
• 
  you have to press "Zamów serwer VPS" under the "OpenVZ Lite" tab
• 
  you have enter your personal data
• 
  you have to choose "Okres płatności" option which will meets your expectactions

Service is running from few years and there was no problems with it in whole timeline I remember (I'm their "mother-company" client from 2 years and those are in the same DC).
