About Server Complete, LLC

Server Complete, LLC is based out of Jacksonville, FL and wholly owns and operates all of our hardware and our network. Our network (AS19531) consists of PCCW/BTN, TeliaSonera, Tinet/GTT, Atrato/Hibernia, and peering on the Atlanta Internet Exchange and Jacksonville Internet Exchange.

Our network is entirely Juniper and we utilize Juniper MX routers and Juniper EX switches. All of our upstream providers are connected at 10Gbps, and each cabinet has at least 20Gbps pack to our distribution layer.

We have an entirely custom client/server management system called "Server Command" that includes functionality such as:

• Automated OS reloads
• Remote reboots
• Bandwidth statistics
• Reverse DNS management
• Live rescue system
• IPMI server health statistics (on equipped machines)
• Overall network statistics and transparency

Our provisioning process is heavily automated and the majority of users will receive their servers in 30 minutes or less. If a custom upgrade requiring intervention of a technician is ordered, then we guarantee deployment within 24 hours.
