Q: How to get a free email account at TLS-Mail systems?
A: All accounts were opened by hand. Please drop an email to: [email]accounts@tls-mail.com[/email]
Q: How to choose an username?
A: It is totally by your choice. But the length of username must be greater than or equal to 5 chars. If you expect it to be shorter than 5 chars, please consider to make a donation, with 30 USD at least.
Q: How to choose the email domain?
A: TLS-Mail systems has two domains for use. One is tls-mail.com, another is 199903.xyz. Both are fine. For general cognitive purpose I suggest you choose the former.
Q: How to change password?
A: Please change the initial password from the default webmail as soon as you have got the account.
Q: What's the technology architecture of TLS-Mail systems?
A: It is powered by MXroute, Cloudflare, Let's Encrypt and something other providers.
Q: Does it have any limitation on mailbox size and sending volume?
A: It has none yet, but you should not abuse the system resource.
Q: Is this an one-man shop?
A: Yes. But once I have met the crisis, I will transfer the systems to a reliable people from the community. Please see this documentation.
Q: Can the owner read user's messages?
A: He can't. The storage is run by the third party system.
Q: What's the relation between 199903.xyz and tls-mail.com?
A: They are independent, but one domain email can be forwarded to another, set in the background.
Q: What is the default webmail address?

Q: Does it support Squirrelmail?
A: Yes, please login from: Squirrelmail
Q: What is pop3 server and port?
A: mail.199903.xyz or mail.tls-mail.com, SSL enabled on default port.
Q: What is imap server and port?
A: mail.199903.xyz or mail.tls-mail.com, SSL enabled on default port.
Q: What is smtp server and port?
A: mail.199903.xyz or mail.tls-mail.com, SSL enabled on default port.
Q: Where is the mail server located at?
