上傳步驟：
1.在syfiles註冊好帳號，它會有一封確認郵件，最好用gmail或outlook郵箱註冊
2.安裝上傳軟件
3.把檔案拖拉到upload的分頁，如下圖

4.上載完成會出現連結，如下圖

下載方法：
1.按"Free Download" 如下圖 (紅圈所示)
